Stone Gray 912 — Daily Outlaw
A narrow-body 912 built for daily miles: honest patina, modern reliability, analog steering.

Build story
This build began as a tired driver with good bones. The goal was never trailer polish—it was a car that could cross a state, sit in city traffic, and still feel intentional on a canyon road.
Design direction
Muted stone gray over original trim tones, deleted chrome where it distracted, added where it protected. Lighting is period-evocative, not retro pastiche.
Parts & fabrication
Seat frames were massaged for long-distance support. Brakes were upgraded thoughtfully—more bite, same pedal geometry. Every change was photographed and logged.
Base car
1968 Porsche 912 — the starting point for material, proportion, and road manners documented in this project.
